Processing purposes

We collect the details you submit on enquiry, quote and dealer forms so we can respond, prepare quotations and provide specification support.

If you complete the downloads form we record your name, email and phone so we can send the file and follow up on a related project.

We store your language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) so the site can open in the locale you chose.

Lawful bases

Enquiry, quote, dealer and download leads are processed so we can take steps at your request before a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and, where needed, on our legitimate interests in answering a trade enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)).

Cloudflare Turnstile is used as a security measure to reduce automated abuse of the forms.

You may object to legitimate-interests processing or ask us to stop follow-up by emailing the address above.

Data-subject rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to the contact email with enough detail for us to identify the enquiry.

Processors

Vercel Inc. hosts the website. Cloudflare provides Turnstile bot protection. ATTAINMACH33 LLP operates the Mach Forms worker that receives form JSON. Notification emails are sent via Google Workspace. We do not use Google Analytics on this site.

International transfers

Hosting, form delivery and email may involve processing outside the UK, including in India, the EU and the United States. Those processors are used only to run the website and to handle the request you submitted.

Retention

We keep enquiry and quote records for as long as needed to handle the request and any related project, then as required for legal, accounting or dispute purposes, after which we delete or anonymise the data.
